When it comes to managing your NDIS plan, fast invoice payment isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s essential. Here’s why quick, reliable payment turnaround makes a big difference for both participants and providers.
We don’t wait. Once your invoice is approved, we process the invoice and submit claims to the NDIA daily for their review and release of funds.
After the NDIA releases funds , we pay providers the same day, usually before noon so funds reach their accounts as quickly as possible.
Standing approval – You need to review the first invoice and confirm the provider, then we will handle future invoices from this provider automatically.
Participant approval – You need to review each invoice and manually approve or reject with a simple green or red button.
We will notify you via email to seek your approval. You can also view the invoices in our secure online portal, accessible 24/7 for easy review.
