Need NDIS plan management in Melton? Aspect Plan Management looks after the money side of your NDIS plan: we check and pay provider invoices, process your reimbursements and track your budget, while you choose your supports and providers.
There’s no out-of-pocket cost, because plan management is funded separately in your NDIS plan. We’re a family-owned, independent and registered NDIS plan manager (NDIS registration 4050064402), based in Melbourne and supporting participants across Melbourne’s west.

No out-of-pocket cost
With NDIS plan management, a registered plan manager pays your providers, processes your reimbursements, checks each claim against your plan and the NDIS price limits, and keeps your records. You stay in charge of your goals, your providers and how you use your supports.
NDIS funding can be managed in three ways:
| Plan managed | Self managed | NDIA managed | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who pays providers | Your plan manager | You | The NDIA |
| Unregistered providers allowed | Yes, for most supports | Yes, for most supports | No |
| Paperwork and record keeping | Handled for you | Your responsibility | Handled by the NDIA |
| Budget reporting | Monthly statements and live portal | Your own records | Through the my NDIS portal |
| Cost to you | Nothing (funded in your plan) | Nothing | Nothing |
