Registered NDIS provider
Independently audited
Member of Disability Intermediaries Australia
No out-of-pocket cost
NDIS plan management is one of three ways to manage your NDIS funding. A registered plan manager pays your providers, tracks your budget and handles the paperwork, while you and your family keep choice and control over your supports.
Here’s how plan management compares with the other two options:
| Plan managed | Self managed | NDIA managed | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who pays providers | Your plan manager | You | The NDIA |
| Unregistered providers allowed | Yes, for most supports | Yes, for most supports | No |
| Paperwork and record keeping | Handled for you | Your responsibility | Handled by the NDIA |
| Budget reporting | Monthly statements and live portal | Your own records | Through the my NDIS portal |
| Cost to you | Nothing (funded in your plan) | Nothing | Nothing |
Many plans are managed with help from a parent, partner or carer. Our 24/7 online portal lets you give the people you trust secure access, so everyone can see which invoices have been paid and how much is left in each budget, without waiting for a phone call or an email.
Monthly statements make it easier to plan ahead, and if something doesn’t look right you can call our small team and speak to someone who knows your plan.
We support participants across the City of Ballarat, including:
Ballarat Central, Ballarat East, Ballarat North, Soldiers Hill, Black Hill, Canadian and Brown Hill
Wendouree, Lake Wendouree, Alfredton, Delacombe, Lucas, Cardigan and Bonshaw
Sebastopol, Redan, Mount Clear, Mount Helen and Buninyong
Invermay Park, Miners Rest and Learmonth
We can also manage plans for participants in nearby shires such as Hepburn, Moorabool, Golden Plains and Pyrenees.
If you’re not sure if we cover your suburb, just get in touch.

It’s easy to switch from your current plan manager and there’s no cost to you. We can handle the process and let your providers know.
Yes. If you’re the participant’s nominee or parent, or the participant gives permission, we can set up secure portal access so you can see invoices, payments and budgets.
Yes. Plan management fees are funded under Capacity Building: Choice and Control (category 14) in your NDIS plan, so there’s no out-of-pocket cost and your other budgets aren’t reduced.
A plan manager looks after the financial side of your NDIS plan: paying provider invoices, processing reimbursements, checking claims against your plan and the NDIS price limits, tracking your budget and keeping records. You still choose your providers and decide how to use your supports.
Reimbursements up to $250 are usually paid within 1 to 2 business days, and larger amounts usually within 3 business days.
No. You can sign up online or over the phone, and your providers send their invoices to us by email.
Yes, whenever you’re ready. Switching to Aspect is free, there are no lock-ins, and your budgets and supports stay the same. We contact your current plan manager and arrange the handover for you.
A plan manager looks after the financial side of your plan: payments, budgets and records. A support coordinator helps you find, connect with and coordinate providers. They’re separate supports and are funded separately in your plan.
