Aspect Plan Management provides NDIS plan management in Bendigo and the towns around it. We check and pay your provider invoices, process your reimbursements and keep your budget up to date, so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time on your supports.
Plan management is funded separately in your NDIS plan, so there’s no out-of-pocket cost. We’re a family-owned, independent and registered NDIS plan manager (NDIS registration 4050064402).

NDIS plan management means a registered plan manager looks after the money side of your NDIS plan: paying your providers, processing reimbursements, checking claims against the NDIS price limits and keeping your records. You still choose your providers and decide how your supports are used.
NDIS funding can be NDIA managed, self managed or plan managed. The table below shows the difference:
| Plan managed | Self managed | NDIA managed | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who pays providers | Your plan manager | You | The NDIA |
| Unregistered providers allowed | Yes, for most supports | Yes, for most supports | No |
| Paperwork and record keeping | Handled for you | Your responsibility | Handled by the NDIA |
| Budget reporting | Monthly statements and live portal | Your own records | Through the my NDIS portal |
| Cost to you | Nothing (funded in your plan) | Nothing | Nothing |
Greater Bendigo covers a lot of ground, from Kangaroo Flat and Strathfieldsaye to Heathcote and Marong. Because plan management is done by email, phone and online, your location doesn’t affect the service you get. Your providers send their invoices to us, we check and pay them, and you can see every payment in your portal from wherever you are.
In smaller towns, the support worker, therapist or handyman who suits you best may not be NDIS registered. With plan management, you can generally use both registered and unregistered providers, although some supports must be delivered by registered providers. The support needs to be in your plan and charged within the NDIS price limits, and we check that for you before any invoice is paid.
We support participants across the City of Greater Bendigo, including:
Bendigo, Golden Square, Flora Hill, Kennington, Quarry Hill, Spring Gully and White Hills
Kangaroo Flat, Strathfieldsaye, Epsom, Huntly, Maiden Gully and Jackass Flat
Eaglehawk, California Gully, Long Gully, Marong and Goornong
Heathcote, Axedale and the surrounding rural areas
Live in a neighbouring shire such as Mount Alexander, Loddon or Campaspe? We can look after your plan too.

Yes. We support participants in every part of Greater Bendigo, including Heathcote, Marong, Axedale and Goornong, plus neighbouring shires. Everything is handled by phone, email and our online portal.
No. Plan management fees are funded under Capacity Building: Choice and Control (category 14) in your NDIS plan, so they don’t come out of your Core or other support budgets.
Generally, yes, although some supports must be delivered by registered providers. Supports must also be in your plan and charged within the NDIS price limits, and we check this before paying.
Ask your planner or LAC at your planning meeting or plan reassessment. If you already have a plan, you can contact the NDIA and ask to change how your funding is managed.
Yes, whenever you’re ready. Switching to Aspect is free, there are no lock-ins, and your budgets and supports stay the same. We contact your current plan manager and arrange the handover for you.
A plan manager looks after the financial side of your plan: payments, budgets and records. A support coordinator helps you find, connect with and coordinate providers. They’re separate supports and are funded separately in your plan.
