The Family-Owned Difference
Your Plan Manager Shouldn't Change Because Ownership Does.
When you choose an NDIS plan manager, you’re choosing a team you trust. You want people who understand your goals, know your preferences, and are there to help when you need support. Those elements matter.
As more smaller NDIS providers become part of larger corporate groups, ASX listed [1] or private equity funded [2], participants and families are left naturally wondering what happens when the business they chose changes ownership.
Will the service stay the same? Will the people they’ve come to know still be there? Will the values that mattered when they first signed up continue?
At Aspect Plan Management, we believe participants deserve consistency and personal support from a team that’s committed for the long term.
Proudly Family-Owned and Independent
Since day one, Aspect has been family-owned and independent. That means we’re not part of a large corporate group, and our focus remains where it should be: on the participants and families we support. Our co-founder’s family member is on the NDIS, as are several of our employees and their family members. We’re proud to employ amazing people with disabilities and accommodate their needs at Aspect Plan Management.
We have built a high standard of service that must be good enough for our family and friends; let alone anyone else.
As a 100% Australian-owned business, every decision we make is guided by one simple principle:
Participant first. Always.
Being independent allows us to stay true to our values, invest in our people, and provide the personal service our participants expect and deserve.
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission mandates that plan managers manage conflicts of interest by isolating financial operations from service delivery, ensuring providers do not pressure participants into using in-house services. Therefore provider “independence” is very important.
Relationships Matter
NDIS plan management is about more than processing invoices. It’s about trust, communication, and having a team that genuinely understands your circumstances.
It’s about knowing who to call when you have a question and speaking with people who understand your plan, your preferences, and your goals—without having to explain everything all over again.
Many of our participants tell us they value being able to speak with real people who know them and are invested in their success.
Our experienced local team is committed to providing responsive, reliable service, giving participants and families confidence that support is only a phone call or email away.
Personal Service, Powered by Technology
At Aspect, we combine personalised support with efficient systems to help ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are made as quickly as possible.
By investing in technology and streamlined processes, we make plan management simple and stress-free, so you can spend less time on administration and more time focusing on your goals.
Your Data Stays Protected
Participants trust plan managers with sensitive personal and financial information. Protecting that trust is a core part of how we operate.
We invest in securing data, robust fraud protection measures, and strong processes to help keep your information safe. Since 2015, the company has invested in technology and collaborated with the Commonwealth Government ACCC on how to stay safe online.
We never sell participant data.
Your information belongs to you. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
The Independent Difference
Choosing a plan manager is a personal decision. For many participants, knowing their provider is independent, Australian-owned, and committed to long-term relationships provides confidence and peace of mind.
At Aspect, we’re proud to remain family-owned and independent. That means you can have confidence that the team and values you choose today will continue to be there tomorrow.
Because your plan manager shouldn’t change just because ownership does.
If you’re looking for a family-owned, independent NDIS plan manager that puts participants first, we’d love to help.
