Great Plan Management service matters.
Many people don’t know that you can easily switch #NDIS plan managers. They also haven’t experienced a better service than what they have received to date.
Our participants experience a premium and personal level of service for the same amount allocated in their budget for #planmanagement. Why? The service you receive is what we expect our own family on the NDIS to receive. That’s why it matters.
Switching plan managers is easy.
When you sign our Client Service Agreement, it will include a notice to switch form which will allow us to organise the transition for you. A bit like switching energy providers or your mobile network.
You can also notify your old plan manager that you would like to exit. Then there is a transition period typically less than 30 days, that invoices are paid up to and your new plan manager will process all invoices for you (even if it’s for services delivered prior to the switching date).

Here is a simple guide and what the process is for switching.
Why Switch?
You might want to switch plan managers for various reasons: perhaps you’re looking for better service, prompt payments to your providers or a manager that better understands your needs.
Steps to Switch
1. Decide on a New Plan Manager
– Do some research: Ask friends, family or your providers for recommendations, read reviews online and contact the plan managers to see who feels like the best fit for you.
2. Notify Your Current Plan Manager or Provide Permission for your New Plan Manager to Notify of the Switch
– Give them a heads-up: Inform your current plan manager that you intend to switch. You’ll need to check your service agreement to see how much notice you need to give.
Alternatively, you can ask your new Plan Manager to provide your current Plan Manager with a Notification to Switch. [download example form]
3. Sign Your New Service Agreement
– Sign a new agreement: You’ll need to sign a new service agreement with your new plan manager. They might help you set everything up to make the transition smooth.
4. Transition Period
– Smooth switch: Usually, the switch happens quickly, but make sure to allow some time for your current and new plan managers to coordinate the transfer of information.
